I sincerely want to thank you and your staff for the excellent service you provided for our three day sales training workshop last month. From the time you showed us the facility to the time we finished our meetings, every detail was looked after. The food was exceptional (on-time, fresh and hot). As the facilitator, I had early access to set up – very much appreciated. The meeting room was large, bright and very well laid out for our purposes. The view was great, and added to the atmosphere for learning. The guests has quick access to the outdoors for breaks, and took full advantage – heck, you even let us have a little putting competition over our lunch break!! I’ve traveled all over North America for 15 years to facilitate workshops – by far this has been the best facility and service I’ve experienced

I thought I would offer some positive feedback to you on the Easter Sunday Brunch at the golf course. It was truly excellent in every way; good service, great selection of food and most important to me is the quality of the food which was again excellent.
NAIOP 2007 Golf Tournament
NAIOP 2007 Tournament – I just wanted to personally thank you for all the help and support you and the Valley Ridge Golf Club team gave. The banquet captain was great as was the rest of the Banquet staff. Food was fantastic! The backshop staff and Assistant Pro’s seemed to always be around to help out with all aspects, including getting our volunteers where they needed to be. The Head Golf Pro was very helpful at the end of the tournament with the scores and aiding us to get the prizes to the right people. Also, big thanks to the maintenance department for having the course in such good shape.

Just a note of thanks to the Valley Ridge Staff for making my mothers birthday party very special. We have had nothing but "rave reviews" on the food, location and the wonderful birthday cake! Your staff was more than co-operative, polite, and willing to help in any way. The Chef was more than outstanding in ensuring that I was happy with everything... there wasn't one thing that wasn't perfect! I am very happy that I chose Valley Ridge for this special day and I wouldn't change anything that was done.

Pros & Great Things: - awesome course - top notch facility (right from the driving range to pro-shop and dining facility - love the high roof in the banquet area) - excellent organization by you and your team. The pylon setup, bag check, registration desk, line up of carts, flow from pro-shop to Mulligans to bar to dining hall - the course was in great shape and offers a variety of challenges and 2 different layouts from the valley to the ridge - the staff was plentiful and very pleasant to deal with.

Darcy and I want to extend a HUGE BOUGUET OF THANKS to you, the Chefs, Bartender and all the ever-helpful-and-friendly Service Staff at Valley Ridge Golf Club for AMAZING SERVICE on October 4, 2008 in your River Room. Your help and timely assistance in suggesting and organizing all the specific details for the night was truly a delight. That was my first positive experience. To my amazement, the high level of service you delivered continued with each aspect of the event. The set up team during the afternoon was extremely helpful and flexible in making last minute changes to the room set up. Once the evening began, there was constant and timely communication and suggestions on timing of food and beverage servings which worked out perfectly! They certainly knew how to time things and gage a party and their guests. Bravo! I can't say enough about the talented and personable Chefs running the 3 action stations. I received dozens AND dozens of compliments during and after the event that the beef tenderloin was THE most tender and delicious beef our guests had ever had! The seafood was incredible and the pasta station very FUN! The food exceeded everyone's expectations! And the only thing that exceeded the food was the outstanding Customer Service Attitude of your Chefs, Bartender and Service Staff. The Chefs were so interactive and friendly with the guests - one creative Chef in particular at the Pasta Action Station made our guests feel extra special as he greeted each person by name as the approached his station (astute enough to read their name tags or over hear their name in conversations for those without one - surprising and delighting them all!) The Bartender was extremely fun and lively and his spirit added to the festivities as he greeted and served our guests. A great guy! The Service Staff was tremendous in their ability to move drinks throughout the room and keep the room tidy at all times in an inconspicuous manner, attending to everyone’s needs. Amazingly enough, at the end of the long night, the staff was still bubbly and helpful as we gathered out items from the room. We received SO MANY compliments on Valley Ridge, the food, the Chefs and staff - you impressed everyone. Thank-you so much for all your suggestions, attention to detail and personable service that made it a truly special and memorable night for us. GREAT PARTY!! BRAVO!! You will be highly recommended to anyone looking for a location to hold an event.

Pierce/Ferrier Wedding
Thanks so much for getting back to me with that info, I appreciate that. The wedding was PERFECT. Everyone agrees that it was just awesome, and we wouldn't have changed a thing. The space, the food, the staff was marvelous, thank you. Also, a big thank you to one of your staff for helping us out - there was an issue with the ipod hookup, and she let us use the adapter from her car, which was a big help. I will certainly recommend you to anyone looking to have a wedding there, no doubt.

Hi Cyndi, I have to tell you how wonderful our wedding was. The comments we received on the ceremony site and the food, were just out of this world! The day cleared off to a warm sunny afternoon, and the patio was just beautiful - everyone was crying!! The food was also spectacular ... and I'm not just saying that. Our guests included a couple of chefs and a few cowboys that raise beef and bison. They could not say enough about the buffet and amount and variety of food. Hi Becky, Thank you for being so helpful and flexible ... our numbers changed right up until the morning of the event and you accommodated it so willingly. All the staff were so helpful. Margo was everywhere helping out, the servers were so polite and attentive, & the bar tender was very helpful with both the sound volume and in serving everyone beverages. The meal was delicious and the presentation was lovely. The chef accommodated the menu variations due to allergies so well by serving fruit salad and alternate chicken dishes. All in all we are most pleased with the entire experience & of course the setting was beautiful too. You were easy to work with and very accommodating.
